Excellent Stay at the Palm

The hotel offered multiple pool choices. The cleanliness stood out to me and everything was well-kept. I found the staff very friendly. They were eager to assist with requests. I used a ride-sharing app for convenient local trips to malls.
The room cleaning schedule was in the late afternoon, after 4pm. This was difficult with a small child needing an afternoon rest.

The staff was really superb throughout my stay. i found everyone to be polite and helpful. the apartment i had was spacious and included a washing machine. This proved very useful . the three pool choices were a plus for the family.
i did find that there was no complimentary water by the poolside. i had to buy it.

the room had quality cosmetics, which was a nice touch. it was clean, and smelled fresh on arrival. i particularly liked the size; it offered ample space.

breakfast provided a broad selection of items, so i found it very satisfying. the hotel has good restaurants. drinks and food were available both at the beach and in the dining venues.

The breakfast buffet at manava restaurant was great value. I went because there was a deal. it was very busy, but very well organised! nabil's service was amazing. He was friendly.
I travelled from the uk. there was no bottled water in the room on arrival. our cot did not have a bumper around it. It resembled a dog cage.

AMAZING stay!

I stayed in a luxury room palm view twin for four nights. The room was very clean upon arrival. The air conditioning worked GREAT which was important with the heat. The housekeeping staff did an really good job maintaining the cleanliness daily and were responsive to any requests.
The only minor issue i experienced was with the limited availability of sunbeds by the main pool during peak hours. Securing a spot required some patience.

The fitness center offered a range of equipment including treadmills and weight machines which suited my workout needs. The pools were well maintained with a dedicated kids' area. I noticed the kids area included slides and shallow areas for safe play.

The manava restaurant had a large buffet for breakfast with many options. There were live cooking stations and diverse international foods available. The resort offered multiple restaurants each specializing in different cuisines.

The hotel is located on the palm jumeirah which is easily accessible by taxi. This location provided direct access to the beach. It also offered stunning views of the city skyline.
